Who processes your data and for what purposes?

The emeis Group, registered under number 401 251 566, whose registered office is located at 12 rue Jean Jaurès – 92813 Puteaux, is responsible for the processing of personal data based on your consent for the following purposes

– the communication of information relating to the emeis Group and its subsidiaries;
– the management of requests for information with a view to book a stay to one of the proposal facilities;
– the sending of personalized commercial offers by electronic means (e-mail, SMS and MMS) by emeis and emeis Group companies;

By voluntarily providing us with your personal data by telephone or via the online contact forms, you agree that we may use them to respond to your request.

Finally, the performance of satisfaction surveys (by e-mail, SMS or paper form), statistics, internal studies, marketing analyses of our prospect and client files, audits and internal control missions is based on the emeis Group’s legitimate interest.

What data do we process?

The data concerning you that we are likely to process concerns: your identity, your contact details as well as the information that you have communicated to us by telephone or via the online contact forms.

Each form indicates the mandatory or optional data for the management of your request, as well as the consequences of a lack of response on your part.

You can also oppose the use of your e-mail address and cell phone number to answer satisfaction surveys concerning your care in our establishments.

When you visit the emeis Group’s websites, navigation data concerning you may be collected in order to allow you to access the various features offered. This data is collected by means of tracers or cookies placed on your terminal. The law stipulates that we can only store cookies on your terminal if they are strictly necessary for the operation of this site. You can however object to them and delete them using your browser settings, however your user experience may be degraded. For all other types of cookies, we need your prior consent.

Who are the recipients of your data?

The data collected in this way is intended exclusively for authorized personnel of the emeis Group, its establishments and subsidiaries. Other recipients may be located outside the European Union for the purpose of managing requests and providing IT support.

How long will your data be kept?

Your data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

In the context of contact request forms or requests to be put in touch, your data is kept for 2 years from the date of your last contact with the emeis Group.

What are your rights and how do you exercise them?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data. You can also make post-mortem provisions on your data, request the limitation of processing, object to it as well as withdraw your consent at any time.
